Franz Dugand

Franz Dugand, senior director of sales and marketing for wireless IoT at CEVA, is in charge of expanding the CEVA wireless IoT product lines into various market segments. Franz has more than two decades of experience in the semiconductor IP area, specifically in the wireless IoT markets working on Bluetooth technology, Wi-Fi, UWB, and NB-IoT. Before joining CEVA, he co-founded RivieraWaves in 2010 and lead the sales and marketing activities.

Before RivieraWaves, Franz was the product marketing manager at Wipro-NewLogic in charge of the Bluetooth IP portfolio. Franz also held several positions as project leader, customer support manager, team leader, and hardware design engineer at VLSI Technology, Philips Semiconductor, NewLogic, and PLDA, working on various projects in Bluetooth technology, Wi-Fi, and PCIexpress.
